Dolphin series paddleboards have more features and upgraded accessories. The Mermaid Series boards are our most affordable boards and come with all the basics you need to get you out on the water. And the Dolphin will allow for multiple accessory applications and upgrades for versatility and design. The Dolphin series are made with three layers of military grade PVC, while the Mermaid is double PVC. This means the Dolphin boards have a higher weight capacity and offer better performance and durability.
Can I use the 11'6" SUP with my dog/children?
Of course.The 11'6" SUP is a great choice for extra riders in the Dolphin. A little longer in length. The length is a bit longer. The 33" width is more stable and the extra sit/stand board area is larger. It helps spread the weight for more stability and is our top choice for long trips!
What is the difference between the 11'6" and 10'6" all purpose boards?
The 11'6" SUP is best suited for riders over 5'8" tall or riders who want to carry extra gear or multiple passengers weighing up to 350 lbs. The 10'6" SUP is ideal for smaller single riders. The 11'6" SUP offers more speed for riders who fit while the 10'6" SUP has more maneuverability.
How long does it take to inflate a Coolcaa board?
The Coolcaa Dual Chamber Triple Action Hand Pump is capable of inflating the board in about 5-7 minutes at a fast and steady rate. - Some drivers reported as little as 3.5 minutes, while others reported up to 10 minutes. The inflation time will depend on the speed you maintain while pumping. The dual-chamber hand pump included with the Coolcaa plate reduces pumping time by at least 100% compared to many single-chamber pumps.
The Coolcaa Electric Sup Pump, sold exclusively on the Coolcaa website, is specially designed to inflate any Coolcaa board. It connects to a 12v car plug or marine battery and inflates the board to 15 Psi in about 10-12 minutes.
Can I store inflated circuit boards?
Yes, you can, but we recommend that you deflate your board. Do not store circuit boards in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Do not store for a long time at temperatures above 90 degrees.
