Visible Damage Upon Delivery
Please Inspect The Box And Contents For Any Visible Signs Of Damage Before Signing And Accepting The Shipment. If You Find Any Damage To The Package Or Its Contents, Please Refuse The Shipment. You Can Do This By Telling The Shipper You Are "refusing Due To Damage."
Damage After Accepting Shipment
If You Have Signed Or Accepted The Shipment, And Then Notice Damage To Your Product, You Have three Business Days From The Date Of Delivery To File A Claim. Claims Filed Outside Of This Window May Result In The Customer Being Responsible For Shipping Charges.

All products at Coolcaa Sports are covered by our 60-day Guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to try out our products. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return your items for a refund back to the original payment method.
All returns must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories. Any missing items will delay the refund process.
All returns are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are damaged or in poor condition, this may reduce the amount of your refund. If items are missing, the retail cost of that item will be deducted from your refund amount.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you require a pre-paid shipping label, please contact us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

I DON’T HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX FOR A PADDLE BOARD I BOUGHT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you don’t have the box we shipped your paddle board in, any box that fits the board and all accessories will work. Most large sporting good stores and home improvement stores will have the boxes or cardboard you need to safely pack the board. Shipping Stores will often help you pack your items as well.

If you purchase one of our products (without any other promotions), and the price changes within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an online store gift card for the difference of the item.
